This is another coffee from Know Where Coffee (KWC) in alliance with CoTrade Importers. The producer, Luis Calderon, is a 3rd generation coffee grower. He lives on his farm, Villa Betulia, and raises his coffee and family on his land. He has 5 boys, with the oldest 3 moving into aspects of the coffee production and marketing. Luis is very hands on with his coffees and knows them very well. Villa Betulia is located in the Huila Region 1600-1800 miles above sea level. There are over 15 varieties on Luis’ 20 hectare farm at this point. He has been collecting and buying seeds from Colombia and all over the world over the last 15 years. This is a Pink Bourbon, natural processed coffee with lots of fruit and chocolate in the cup. You also might find note of blackberry, dark chocolate, raspberry and hibiscus in this cup.
