    Shift Lead or Cafe Manager (accepting resumes, hiring)

    Full time. Salaried or hourly depending on experience and availability.

    Must be available weekend and days near holidays.

    This is the job for you if:

    • You have 1-2 years of specialty coffee experience and you enjoy guiding customers through specialty coffee offerings.
    • You have 1-2 years of small business management experience in the food and beverage industry

    • You can serve as a visible, hands-on leader on the floor, setting the tone for excellent service and teamwork


       

    Duties include:

    • Supporting operational duties, including inventory, scheduling, and labor management

    • Collaborating to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space for guests and staff

    • Upholding high standards for beverage quality and customer experience

    • Helping drive financial success through operational excellence and creative initiatives

    • Anticipating needs and maintaining productivity in slow or busy times.

      $19.00 - $21.00 / hr. (rate includes tips)
