Our ideal candidate would have weekend, and holiday availability, service experience, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages including coffee and espresso drinks
• Prepare syrups and other ingredients; manage service inventory
• Fulfill bar-style service
• Interact with guests and answer their questions
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment

Production Coffee Roaster ((accepting resumes, hiring))
Looking for a coffee professional who has worked in specialty coffee for 1+ years. Roasting experience a plus but not required.

Sump Coffee is looking for a roaster and fulfillment manager who can roast and assist in packaging coffee in our Old North St. Louis roastery.

Must have organizational skills and familiarity with specialty coffee. This job will require
- communication with and delivery of product to wholesale partners.
- receiving delivery of green coffee
- roaster cleaning and maintenance
- ability to lift and move 60+ lbs

Previous experience with roasting and Cropster software a plus.

Can be part or full time.
PTO is offered.
