This big character, small batch coffee comes to us from Villa Pastora, a multi-generational family farm nestled in the mountains of Palestina, Huila. Crafted with passion by the Mora Ortega family, continuing the legacy started by Grandma Pastora in the 1980s. Sharing a coffee that is traceable from farm to cup ensures every sip is transparent and uniquely delicious, showcasing the a small window into creators and their passions responsible for this great cup. We found notes of plum, grape and ouzo in this fantastic cup.
