Panama Gesha is easily one of the most sought after coffees in the world. Carrying with it the unmistakable genetic fingerprint of its homeland, this coffee is known for its jasmine florality, tea-like delicacy, and bright fruit tasting notes—all from seedlings grown in the volcanic soil of a Central American country.

We have acquired three micro lots, each processed differently to produce a different cup experience. The first of three lots we are releasing comes from the Tierras Altas region of Panama, at the foothills of Barú Volcano. The coffee is sourced by Creativa Coffee District, a state-of-the-art wet mill in the Dolega region that partners with top producers in Boquete, Hornitos, and Renacimiento. Rather than farming the land themselves, they act more like a vintner in the wine industry by purchasing freshly harvested, selectively ripe cherries from trusted farms.

NOTE: This offering is the first of the three micro lots. Due to limited supply we are only able to fulfill ten online orders. When it's gone, it's gone.

The process for the first lot has undergone anaerobic fermentation conducted at carefully controlled temperatures (14–28°C) over approximately 149 hours, followed by a slow patio dry of more than 33 days. It's a meticulous, extended process designed to develop a silky body, tropical fruit notes, and a clean tartaric acidity.
