This washed Uraga Ethiopia coffee is aged while green in a port whiskey barrel for several weeks, then roasted. It was done in collaboration with 4Hands Brewing and was one component of their Single Origin Imperial Stout. This coffee presents like a port whiskey coffee, without the heat of alcohol. Think digestif or aperitif. It is flush with character. Prepare yourself for a singular experience.
