PERU La Convencion

This fully certified organic coffee comes to us from the Cusco region of Peru and is what is known as a cup type. A cup type is essentially, a collection of various, same season harvests from surrounding farms  in the area that is created at the dry mill in its grading process, this is essentially the last few steps in the process before exportation. Cup types can be based around a number of different factors, such as overall score, price point, or flavor profile. This coffee is based around all three factors with a targeted cup score.
