The Ethiopia Haro Welabu is the first anaerobically processed coffee we've featured in 2021. This coffee expresses notes of big ripe fruit and strawberries. If you haven’t had an anaerobic coffee before, this is a great one to try. The process is very similar to a natural processed coffee except that the coffee cherries are put into a tank to be removed from atmospheric air for about 4 days and are fermented. Once the tank fermentation is finished, the cherries are then dried on raised beds like a natural coffee for about 2 weeks. This processing definitely pulls out some unique flavors from the coffee.
